The Green Mountains run the full length of Vermont from Massachusetts to Quebec, and Mount Mansfield is the highest point at 4,393 feet (1,339 m). West of the range, the Champlain Valley lowland ends at Lake Champlain, the lowest point at 95 feet (29 m). The Taconic Mountains reach into the southwest, and the hills of the Northeast Kingdom fill the northeast.

In the Contours preview, the Green Mountains form a dense spine of rings down the middle of the outline, the Champlain Valley along the western edge opens out with few lines, and the eastern hills toward the Connecticut River carry smaller, scattered rings.

The preview is the Contours export for Vermont with the canyon palette on cream paper, at 18 × 24 inches. In the creator a larger contour interval simplifies the mountains; you can also change the colors and title or switch to Ridgeline, Strata or a 3D model.

Questions about the Vermont artwork

Does the Long Trail show on the Vermont poster?
No trail is bundled with this page. Upload a GPX file of your Long Trail hike, or any part of it, and the creator draws it over the Green Mountains. The artwork is not navigation guidance.
Can I make a 3D-printable model of the whole state?
Yes. Switch the product to 3D Terrain Model in the creator to preview the state as a relief model and download STL, 3MF or GLB. Choose a model size that fits your printer and check the slicer preview before printing.
How much does it cost?
Downloads are pay what you want, including free. You can add a contribution at checkout if the artwork or model is worth it to you. No account is needed.
Do you ship a printed poster or a 3D print?
No. Printed Canyon delivers digital files only: PNG, PDF and SVG for posters, and STL, 3MF and GLB for terrain models. You print them at home or through a print shop or 3D-printing service of your choice.
