New Jersey's terrain divides almost in half. The north holds the Kittatinny Ridge, part of the Appalachian Valley and Ridge, the New Jersey Highlands and the Piedmont, and High Point on the Kittatinny Ridge reaches 1,803 feet (550 m). The south is Atlantic Coastal Plain: the sandy Pine Barrens inland and barrier islands along the shore, down to Cape May.
In the Strata preview, the northern ridges rise as the palest, most crowded greens at the top of the outline, the bands deepen across the Piedmont, and the long southern half settles into dark, gently rippled bands that fade toward the shore.
The preview is the Strata export for New Jersey with the forest palette, at 18 × 24 inches. In the creator you can change the palette, vertical exaggeration, background and title, or switch to Ridgeline, Contours or a 3D terrain model of the state.

Questions about the New Jersey artwork
- Can I frame the Delaware Water Gap?
- Yes. Search Delaware Water Gap in the creator, or draw an area around it, and the river's cut through the Kittatinny Ridge fills the poster.
- Can I make a 3D-printable model of the whole state?
- Yes. Switch the product to 3D Terrain Model in the creator to preview the state as a relief model and download STL, 3MF or GLB. Choose a model size that fits your printer and check the slicer preview before printing.
- How much does it cost?
- Downloads are pay what you want, including free. You can add a contribution at checkout if the artwork or model is worth it to you. No account is needed.
- Do you ship a printed poster or a 3D print?
- No. Printed Canyon delivers digital files only: PNG, PDF and SVG for posters, and STL, 3MF and GLB for terrain models. You print them at home or through a print shop or 3D-printing service of your choice.
