What to include

Tell us which artwork style you chose, what you expected, and the step where you got stuck. Include any error message, your browser and device, and whether the problem happens again when you retry. For a payment or download question, include your order reference if you have one. Never send card details or passwords.

Your GPX file may contain the location of your home or other private places. Start with a description of the issue instead of sending the route itself. We can ask for more information if it is needed to understand the problem.

Downloads and printing

Printed Canyon provides digital files; we do not ship physical prints. STL and 3MF files are for use with 3D-printing software, while PNG and PDF posters can be printed at home or by a print shop. Check the selected format and keep a copy of your downloaded files. If you have trouble opening a file, tell us its format and the application you are using.
