Nevada is the heart of the Basin and Range, a landscape stretched apart by the Earth's crust until it broke into long, parallel mountain ranges separated by flat valleys. Boundary Peak in the White Mountains near California is the highest point at 13,140 feet (4,005 m), and the Colorado River at the southern tip is the lowest, at 479 feet (146 m).

Ridgeline suits that structure. In the preview, the profiles run across the north–south grain, so every range rises as a separate crest and every basin drops to a flat stretch of line, giving the outline its ribbed texture. The state narrows to its southern point along the Colorado River.

The preview is the Ridgeline export for Nevada with dark lines on light paper, at 18 × 24 inches. In the creator you can adjust line density, perspective, colors and title, or switch to Contours, Strata or a 3D terrain model of the state.

Questions about the Nevada artwork

Does the poster show Lake Tahoe and Lake Mead?
Lakes are water, so the terrain stops at their shores and they appear as gaps at the state's western and southeastern edges. Search Lake Tahoe or Lake Mead in the creator to frame them with their surrounding mountains.
Can I make a 3D-printable model of the whole state?
Yes. Switch the product to 3D Terrain Model in the creator to preview the state as a relief model and download STL, 3MF or GLB. Choose a model size that fits your printer and check the slicer preview before printing.
How much does it cost?
Downloads are pay what you want, including free. You can add a contribution at checkout if the artwork or model is worth it to you. No account is needed.
Do you ship a printed poster or a 3D print?
No. Printed Canyon delivers digital files only: PNG, PDF and SVG for posters, and STL, 3MF and GLB for terrain models. You print them at home or through a print shop or 3D-printing service of your choice.
