Annapurna rendered as a Ridgeline poster, a wall of high peaks in stacked elevation profiles
Ridgeline export for Annapurna, as rendered by the creator.

Annapurna I, 8,091 meters (26,545 feet), is the tenth-highest mountain in the world and, in 1950, became the first 8,000-meter peak to be climbed, by a French expedition. The massif rings the Annapurna Sanctuary, a high glacial basin reached through a gorge beneath Machapuchare, a peak closed to climbing. The area lies within the Annapurna Conservation Area in central Nepal.

The curated map area is about 39 by 33 kilometers around the Sanctuary. In the Ridgeline preview, the lines stack into a wall of high peaks across the frame, with the basin of the Sanctuary enclosed between them.

The preview is the Ridgeline export for this map area, generated from public global elevation data. In the creator you can change line density, perspective, colors and title, or switch to Contours or Strata. Choose 3D Terrain Model to download the massif as a printable STL or 3MF; the download credits the elevation source used.
