Denali Topographic Map Poster and 3D Model

Denali is the highest mountain in North America. In 2015 the U.S. Geological Survey announced a new summit elevation of 20,310 feet (6,190 m) from a GPS survey. The National Park Service calls it the crowning peak of the Alaska Range: it rises from a base at about 2,000 feet, and glaciers up to 45 miles (72 km) long spread from that base in every direction.

The curated map area is about 35 by 30 kilometers around the summit. In the Ridgeline preview, the lines run long and nearly flat across the lower country to the north at the top of the frame, then climb into the massif, where the summit stands above a crowd of lower peaks and ridges.
